We accept returns within 30 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible, items must be unused, unworn, with tags, and in original packaging.
Proof of purchase is required.

To request a return, email us at contact@rhytm.store. Returns sent without approval will not be accepted.
If your return is approved, we’ll provide instructions on how to send your item.
Return shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Damages and issues
Check your order upon arrival.
If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
We may request photo evidence to assess the issue.
Non-returnable items
We do not accept returns for:
- Used or worn items
- Sale items
- Gift cards
- Personal care items
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you want a different item, place a new order.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the outcome.
If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
